Product Introduction
The GLFMJ01-00 mulching machine can apply mulch to ridges with a height of 30–875px, a ridge‑back width of 50–1500px, a furrow width of 35–1000px, and a furrow center-to-center spacing of 110–3000px, making it suitable for mulching tobacco and other ridge‑grown crops.
This laminating machine operates at a speed of 1.5 km/h and is compatible with mulch films ranging from 90 to 250 cm in width. During operation, two powered ridging blades evenly apply an appropriate amount of soil on both sides of the ridge, pressing the mulch film firmly into place. Thanks to its powered soil‑building mechanism, it can reliably mound soil on either side of the ridge—even in soils of varying texture, regardless of moisture content, and even when water remains pooled in the furrow—ensuring the mulch film is securely held in position.
